Born & raised in Arizona. Graduated from Northern Arizona University, BS Economics. In 1988, moved to Sinaloa, Mexico. Has participated in the export vegetable industry, specifically in growing, packing and distribution. Other related activities are vegetable trading to the USA & Europe. A passionate promoter of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Since 2017, has imported Greek EVOO for distribution in Mexico, USA & Dubai. A 2023 participant of the Olive Oil Times Educational Lab London Sommelier Program. Enjoys traveling and eating healthy food!
