My idea is to offer a unique selection of the best olive oils in the world. It is my goal and my promise, so I’d like to be a professional importer and distributor, who is reliable and trustworthy, who knows what she is talking about and who share the knowledge and olive oil experience with the others. In the first step I’ve built the portfolio of EVOO and have visited the producers – to touch, to feel and to understand. The olive oil sommelier certification was a natural consequence of my development and my olive oil passion.
