“It’s all about the Oil, Olive.” Is a regular podcast about the lives and times of irregular people working to produce wonderful Extra Virgin Olive Oil. As Olive Oil Sommeliers’ I believe it is one of our “duty” to Develop, Educate and Analyse the product and the process of making Olive Oil. One of the ways we can do this is to share our knowledge, skills and experience where ever it is needed throughout the whole process. We are working with a living being both, the humanity and the grove. What could be more important?
