Caroline Elness is the owner of The Olive Oil Pantry, an olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting room located in Manteca, California. Caroline was trained and certified as a Level 2 Olive Oil Sommelier at the International Culinary Center in New York City by the Olive Oil Times Education Lab in May, 2018.
