Carola Dummer Medina is a journalist and food and wine industry expert; NYIOOC judge since 2013; Olive Oil Sommelier Certification´s instructor since 2016; and founder of the online community “OlivaLovers”, where she also works as a consultant with different companies and buyers, and develops activities and tastings to extend the knowledge and consumption of EVOO in Chile and the world.
