From menu development for clients such as Earth Bar, creating two, “from the ground up” meal delivery business models, to securing corporate & institutional catering contracts, large scale event management, creation of wellness retreats, collaborative product launches, and development and execution of operational business strategy, Amber is blessed with a strong balance of a business brain and a creative mind.
Amber is certified in Food Styling by the International Culinary Center and is a graduate of the Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business earning her degree in Global Business Leadership with an emphasis on Finance. On-going education is an important part of her evolution and she is consistent in her pursuit of knowledge and personal development.
Amber is passionate about wellness and food, specializing in Mediterranean diet inspired food production. She combines her love for nourishing people with ingredient intentional food and giving back to the community through healthy education programs and her meal contributions to The Ryan House here in Phoenix (and pretty much any non-profit that nourishes others with love and connection). Amber loves life and lives it to the fullest – this translates into every part of who she is and how she interacts.
